Susan Grafton Joins Allegiance
Allegiance is pleased to announce that Susan Grafton has joined the Allegiance team. With an emphasis on economy and community building, Susan has served communities in Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, Wyoming and Colorado. Projects have been varied and have included facilitating prospects as small as a one-man fly fishing lure business; as large as a 240 acre business park & 200 acre mixed-use retail center; as diverse as butterflies, 3-D printing, gluten-free bread, and beer; as well as corporate operations as impactful as Ball Packaging & Aerospace, Trimble Navigation and Digital Globe. Her project interests span tourism, business development, strategy development and problem-solving, with a particular heart for working with communities to help them grow and prosper. Currently, Susan is focused on project management, marketing & communications, as well as helping to facilitate communities in becoming economically sustainable.
Her strong leadership, networking, and problem-solving capabilities have resulted in over 4 million square feet of new, redeveloped and diverse retail, 3 million square feet of office and light industrial development, as well as a nationally recognized Existing Business Services Program. A Certified Economic Developer (CEcD), Susan has received the Economic Achievement Award from the Economic Development Council of Colorado, Promotional Materials Awards from the International Economic Development Council, as well as the Woman of Influence Award from the Colorado Real Estate Women of Denver.
A resident of North Little Rock, Arkansas, Susan has a grown son who is a talented designer and modifier of off-road rigs. When not out off-roading with him, she enjoys spending her free time walking and hiking with her dog Marley.
